The Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire Mr Edward Harley OBE thanked the outgoing 2022-23 Lord-Lieutenant Cadets for their outstanding service throughout the year and welcomed the newly appointed 2023-24 incoming Lord-Lieutenant Cadets: 

• Lance Corporal Beatrise Zuka 
• Able Cadet Enola Holt
• Cadet Warrent Officer 1st Class (RSM) Sameer Rai 
• Corporal Jake Brown 
• Cadet Sergeant James Nicholas

Each year, the Lord-Lieutenant appoints up to five young people to serve as his Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadets. They are selected from the Sea Cadet Corps, the Royal Marine Cadets, the Combined Cadet Force, the Army Cadet Force and the Air Training Corps. The Cadets assist the Lord-Lieutenant as required at numerous events around the county and act as ambassadors for their organisations.
