The Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire Mr Edward Harley OBE presented the British Empire Medal (BEM) to Gavin James for his outstanding services to the Community of Ledbury on Thursday 11th May. The presentation took place at Ledbury Town Council, hosted by the Mayor of Ledbury Cllr Phillip Howells.
