Affordable Housing Viability Study 2010

The study provides Herefordshire Council with an assessment of the viability of residential schemes to support development of the council's Core Strategy. It aims to provide well-reasoned justification for proposed thresholds and targets emerging from the study. It takes into account current market uncertainties while recognising that Core Strategy policies have to be credible over the medium to long term.
