Bredenbury and District Group Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 10 May 2019.

The consultation ran from 10 May to 21 June 2019.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Bredenbury and District Group Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 15 September 2019.

The consultation ran from 19 September to 31 October 2019.

Examination stage

The Bredenbury and District Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 8 November 2019. We received the examiner's report on 21 February 2020.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Bredenbury and District Group parish area was held on 6 May 2021. The plan received a positive referendum result and is currently awaiting adoption. This will follow the resolution of the issues outlined within the River Lugg catchment area position statement (April 2021).
