Callow and Haywood Group Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 24 November 2014.

The consultation ran from 24 November 2014 to 19 January 2015.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Callow and Haywood Group Parish Council resubmitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 18 May 2015.

The consultation ran from 22 May to 3 July 2015.

The Independent Examiner of the Callow and Haywood Group Neighbourhood Development Plan) requested that Herefordshire Council undertake an additional consultation on the habitats regulations assessment and environmental report regarding the options for the Callow and Haywood Neighbourhood Development Plan. The consultation ran from 12 April to 3 May 2016.

Examination stage

The Callow and Haywood Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 29 September 2015. The examiner's report was received on 16 May 2016.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Callow and Haywood Group neighbourhood area was held on 3 November 2016.

Adoption stage

The Callow and Haywood Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 1 December 2016. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.
