Hope under Dinmore Group Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 23 December 2015.

The consultation ran from 23 November 2015 to 18 January 2016.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Hope under Dinmore Group Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 23 May 2016.

The consultation ran from 1 June to 13 July 2016.

Regulation 16 plan re-submission stage

Hope under Dinmore Group Council re-submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 17 November 2017.

The consultation ran from 23 November 2017 to 11 January 2018.

Examination stage

The Hope under Dinmore Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 26 July 2016. The examiner's report was received on 11 October 2016.

On 24 November 2016 Hope under Dinmore Group Parish Council voted to withdraw the Neighbourhood Plan at this stage to reformulate the plan and resubmit within the coming months. For more information, please read the withdrawal statement.

Hope under Dinmore Group Parish Council ran a consultation to address the issues raised during the examination in October 2016 to the revised proposals to designation of land at Hope under Dinmore as local green space and to the village settlement boundary.

This document was on consultation between 17 June to 6 August 2017.

Re-examination stage

The Hope under Dinmore Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for re-examination on 23 January 2018. The Examiners Report was received on 17 April 2018.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Hope under Dinmore Group neighbourhood area was held on 12 July 2018.

Adoption stage

The Hope under Dinmore Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 21 September 2018. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.

The habitats regulations assessment final report was on consultation from 25 July to 29 August 2018.
