How Caple, Sollers Hope and Yatton Group Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 2 August 2017.

The consultation ran from 31 July to 24 September 2017.

Regulation 16 plan stage

How Caple, Sollers Hope and Yatton Group Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 4 April 2018.

The consultation ran from 9 April to 21 May 2018.

Examination stage

The How Caple, Sollers Hope and Yatton Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 6 June 2018. The examiner's report was received on 17 December 2018.

As per the People over Wind and Peter Sweetman vs Coillte verdict. The habitats regulations assessment final report was on consultation from 29 August to 3 October 2018.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the How Caple, Sollers Hope and Yatton Group neighbourhood area was held on 28 February 2019.

Adoption stage

The How Caple, Sollars Hope and Yatton Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 22 March 2019. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.
