Much Birch Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 9 December 2019.

The consultation ran from 16 December 2019 to 11 February 2020.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Much Birch Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 15 April 2020.

The consultation ran from 27 May 2020 to 8 July 2020.

Examination stage

The Much Birch Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 22 July 2020. We are awaiting the examiner's report. We received the examiners report on 18 January 2021.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Much Birch parish area was held on 6 May 2021.

Adoption stage

The Much Birch Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 7 June 2021. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.
