Regulation 14 draft plan stage

Wellington Heath Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 1 May 2017.

The consultation ran from 12 May to 30 June 2017.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Wellington Heath Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 20 December 2017.

The consultation ran from 5 January to 16 February 2018.

Examination stage

The Wellington Heath Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 27 February 2018. The examiner’s report was received on 12 July 2018.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Wellington Heath neighbourhood area was held on 13 September 2018.

Adoption stage

The Wellington Heath Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 18 October 2018. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.

NDP review stage

Wellington Heath Parish Council submitted their modified Neighbourhood Development Plan and Statement of Modifications on 3 February 2020. The changes made to the plan are considered to be of a non-material nature
