Yarpole Group Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 9 June 2016.

The consultation ran from 6 June to 17 July 2016.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Yarpole Group Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 3 April 2017.

The consultation ran from 6 April to 25 May 2017.

Examination stage

The Yarpole Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 19 June 2017.

The examiner for the Yarpole Group Neighbourhood Development Plan has asked for an extra consultation on the environmental report and habitats regulations assessment. This consultation will take place between 11 December 2017 and 15 January 2018.

The examiner's report was received on 24 January 2018

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Yarpole Group neighbourhood area was held on 10 May 2018.

Adoption stage

The Yarpole Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 15 June 2018. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.
