Contaminated land strategy - Council policies, strategies and procedures

Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (EPA 1990) requires local authorities to inspect their areas with a view to identifying contaminated land.

This is the revised contaminated land strategy for Herefordshire for 2019 and will be subject to review within five years.
