1dayaweek is a travel promotion and monthly prize draw provided and operated by our partner Mosodi. You participate by commuting to work by walking, running, cycling, public transport or car-share, and taking a photograph showing arrival at work. You can enter the monthly prize draw by posting the photograph on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and including #my1DAW. You can also enter the prize draw by emailing the photograph to Herefordshire Council at move@herefordshire.gov.uk
The prize draw is open to employees working at Rotherwas or Skylon Park.
To enter you into the prize draw, we need to collect and hold your name, email address and photograph.

All personal data held is processed in accordance with data protection law. The data controller for the information outlined in this privacy notice is Herefordshire Council and Mosodi is the data processor.
Once submitted, we will not share your personal information with any other party. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security at all times. Whenever you provide personal information, we will treat that information with confidence in accordance with this policy, current UK Data Protection legislation and internet best practice.

We will not pass your information to any third parties without your consent (other than site owners/managers).
The council employees who have access to your personal data and are associated with the handling of that data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data. The council employees referred to in this clause shall be restricted to those involved in the administration and running of the scheme.

We will only keep your information until the next monthly prize draw takes place. All information will be held securely and destroyed under confidential conditions.

To request your records, you will need to provide proof of identification and write to the Information Governance Team, Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE or email informationgovernance@herefordshire.gov.uk
You also have the right to make a complaint about our handling of your personal data to the Information Commissioner's Office.
