This report provides an independent assessment of local demand for Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding (SBCH) in Herefordshire over the plan period.

We will use the information in this report as evidence for policies in the new Local Plan and to encourage, through the Local Plan process, greater provision of self and custom build housing plots across the authority.
