This study assesses the potential heat supply solutions for the Draft Regulation 18 Local Plan March 2024 allocation on land to the east of Ross-on-Wye.
It includes a heat demand and supply assessment, looking at four low carbon heat options. The benefits and risks of each are considered and the study also provides a number of key planning policy recommendations and suggested next steps.
