Disabled parking
Disabled badge holders are entitled to three hours free parking in our pay and display car parks. You must display a valid badge and clock correctly. If you need more than three hours, you can buy a ticket to give extra time, but you mustn't exceed the car park's maximum stay.
Many council car parks have dedicated disabled spaces which allow extra room, but disabled badge holders can park in any space designated for cars.
Car park season tickets
We issue annual, quarterly and monthly season tickets for some car parks in Hereford, Kington, Ledbury, Leominster and Ross-on-Wye. For further details and information visit the Car park season tickets page.
Electric car parking and charging
A number of council car parks have electric charging points installed in them with designated parking spaces. Electric vehicle drivers are entitled to use the designated parking spaces whilst recharging their vehicles. Standard parking charges apply with a four hour maximum stay. For more information visit Electric car charging.
