Carry out internal and external repairs to the building including
stonework repairs and repointing. Upgrade heating system. Replace
front door with hardwood panelled door and all windows with new doubleglazed sw timber casements to match existing. Replace defective
rainwater goods with new matching cast iron. Modify internal layout.
Reduce external ground levels to elevations to below DPC level. Cut
back fir tree in garden.
