If you're not sure what you are eligible for, there is information about benefits and eligibility on the GOV.UK website – it has free-to-use benefits calculators that can provide you with an estimate of what you might qualify for if you choose to apply.

If you need help with the benefits calculator, and you don't have a family member, friend, or support worker who can help, you can book an appointment with one of our customer services officer at Hereford Customer Services Centre and they can show you how to use the benefits calculator, access claim forms and carry out job searches.
