How to use the enforced school closure automated notification system
To access the system, go to the school closures admin page and sign in with the email account you have registered.
Add the details for your school closure.
- If you specify a date or date range for the closure the school will automatically show as open again when this date has passed
- If you do not specify a date you must complete the system again to reopen the school
All school closures will appear on the school closures page of this website.
Subscribers will receive an email when a closure is submitted by their chosen school(s). An email alert may take up to five minutes to send once a closure has been submitted.
There is a link at the bottom of the school closures page for accessing the school closures admin page.
To register additional email accounts to have access to the system:
- First create an account using that email
- Then complete the school closure system registration form
