Home delivery service
Our home delivery service is a free service to deliver library items to your home every six weeks.
You can ask for up to 20 books or audiobooks from the categories offered and library staff will select titles on your behalf and deliver them to you.
Who can use the service?
The service is available to children and adults of all ages, who:
- Are unable to visit their local library due to health issues
- Have unpaid caring responsibilities for a family member with a lifelong condition that prevents them visiting the library
- Cannot ask someone to visit the library or collect items on their behalf
To join the home delivery service you need to be a library member. If you are not yet a member, please join the library first.
Reserving items
As a home delivery customer, you can order specific titles to be delivered by reserving items on our library catalogue. Select ‘Delivered services’ as your collection point. Any reservations that have arrived with us by the time of your delivery will be included as part of your order.
