Apply for your child’s primary school reception class place before 15 January deadline
Parent and carers with children who were born between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2018, are being urged to apply for their child’s primary school reception class place for September 2022, before the deadline passes.
Hundreds of applications for primary school places still need to be submitted to the council by Herefordshire parents and time is running out.
It’s quick and easy to apply. Applications can be completed online at www.herefordshire.gov.uk/reception-class-admissions

Failure to submit an application could result in your child not being offered a place in a preferred school.
You must still apply for a reception class place, even if you already have a place in the nursery associated with your preferred school.
The closing date for all primary school reception class applications is midnight on 15 January 2022.
