Apply for your child’s reception class place
Herefordshire Council’s admission process for reception class school places for September 2024 has opened for children who were born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020.
Applications can be made online now.

You must still apply for a reception class place, even if you already have a place in the nursery associated with your preferred school.
The closing date for all primary school reception class applications is midnight on Monday 15 January 2024.
