Herefordshire Council now has a new Planning Advice Service that is designed to offer the best possible experience for customers.
The new service is designed to streamline your experience and provide you with faster, comprehensive answers to your planning-related questions with set timeframes for our responses to you.
Benefits of the new Planning Advice service includes:
- Simplified process: Our digital form allows you to easily select the service relevant to your needs and will guide you through the process.
- Faster responses: Enjoy timely replies with set time frames for many common planning queries.
- Tracking: Your enquiry will be allocated a case number which you can track in your ‘My Account’
- Comprehensive guidance: If your specific question isn’t covered, simply select "general enquiry," and we’ll investigate and provide an update within 10 working days.
The new service is part of the ongoing transformation of the Planning and Building Control, which is based on extensive feedback from users, and will enable us to deliver on our commitment to offer the best possible service for the public.
