Installing the app on Android devices

The reporting app is a progressive web application (PWA). This type of application is delivered through the web. This means it is not downloaded onto your device from an app store.

You should be prompted to install the reporting app. If you are not prompted, you can manually install the reporting app.

Prompted to install

1. On your Android device access the reporting app via your browser.

2. Once the reporting app has loaded, you will be prompted to install the app. Use the "Add Report app to Home screen" button.

   

3. Use the "Add" button on the confirmation screen.

   

4. There will be an icon for the reporting app on the home screen of your Android device now.

   

Manually install

1. On your Android device access the reporting app via your browser.

2. Use the three dot icon to open the options menu.

   

3. From the options menu use the "Add to Home screen" button.

   

4. There will be an icon for the reporting app on the home screen of your Android device now.
