Plough

Wooden plough. Iron mould board wanting. Mid 19th century. Wooden plough frame (single horse drawn) with cast-iron fittings, which comprise a hitch, a height adjuster, the coulter holder, the leg & frog and a frame adjuster connection to the wooden plough handles, there is also a separately numbered item of a wrought metal (most likely wrought iron) which is probably the chisel and may also be the share. There is structural damage to the wooden handles, I have therefore recorded the dimensions of the holes/items mounted on them to facilitate later analysis or reproduction, and have uploaded an image of this sketch.
