Borrow or renew items
You can renew items on your library account online or at a library. If you visit a library you can use the self-serve machine or take your items to the desk.
To renew items online:
- Login to your library account
- Click on 'Loans'
- Click 'Renew' next to the loans you wish to renew or click 'Renew all'. Items will show as renewed with a new due date
If an item has been reserved by someone else, you will only be able to renew it for two days.
You can renew eBooks and eAudiobooks on the BorrowBox app or website.
Return items
You can return titles to any Herefordshire library by using one of our self-serve kiosks or by handing it to staff at the library desk.
Some libraries have out-of-hour book returns. See your local library to find out if this service is available.
eBooks and eAudiobooks expire automatically at the end of their loan period and can be returned early on the BorrowBox app or website.
