- 3 and 4 year old funding base rate - £5/hour
- 2 year old funding rate for eligible working families - £6.85/hour
- 2 year old funding rate for families with a local authority issued voucher code - £7.34/hour
- Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) - 68p/hour paid on funded hours only
- Deprivation for EYPP eligible children - £0.42/hour
- Rurality £63 per week or pro-rata if less than 100 hours/week
- Disability Access Funding - £910 pro rata

- 9 - 23 months old - £9.51 per hour
- 24 months+ - as above
Early education funding calendar
This calendar illustrates the breakdown of the academic year for the purpose of claiming early education funding. It numbers the funding weeks across the year, shows the holidays, the term time only weeks and the stretched weeks. Boxes at the bottom confirm the periods each term covers and the maximum number of weeks that can be claimed for each term. It is to be used in accordance with the terms of the Herefordshire provider agreement.
