Missed business waste collection

Please contact us as soon as possible to tell us if your business waste hasn't been collected.

The quickest and easiest way to do this is by using our missed business waste collection online form.

We will investigate the missed collection and if necessary, arrange for the collection crew to return. There may be a charge for this.

Bin damaged

Please contact us as soon as possible to tell us if your bin has been damaged by calling 01432 260051.

You will need to provide us with the following information:

  • Business name
  • Business address
  • Location and number of bins
  • What damage has occurred to the bin
  • How the damage has happened

We will arrange for a new bin to be delivered, but there may be a charge depending on how the damage occurred.

Change the service at my business

To change the location of your business, the types of waste collected from your business, change the number or size of the bins or to change your collection frequency please use our online form.

We will confirm the changes and send any relevant paperwork to you for completion before making the necessary changes.

Request a one-off additional collection of my existing bins

Please call 01432 260051. We will contact you if your requested collection day is not possible and arrange an alternative.

Cancel my collection

To cancel a business waste collection contract we need four weeks written notice. You can email us at tradewaste@herefordshire.gov.uk or use our online form.

We will then let you know your last collection day and when we will come to remove your bins.

There is a charge of £65 for bin removal. This will be added to your final invoice.
