You can refer yourself to Hear Me and get an advocate of your own.
Complete the Hear Me referral form
Once you have completed your referral form, a member of the team will be in touch to offer you a first appointment.
If your referral is urgent, for example because you need our support at an upcoming meeting, we recommend contacting us to tell us. This will allow us to try and get you an advocate as quickly as possible.
